For more than 40 years, Wolff Companies has demonstrated our deep commitment to enhancing the natural beauty of our properties. This past February, we once again went to work on Gates Ranch transplanting 120 live oak trees grown in our own nursery. Since we began the restoration of the partially wooded pastures, we’ve strategically planted more than 1,000 trees-all native to Texas. While the majority of these have been live oaks, we have also planted stately pecans, red oaks, cedars and sycamores to provide natural privacy and shade for our carefully planned house sites.

This live oak, being planted on High Meadow Farm, is a house warming gift from Gates Ranch. New property owners receive up to ten live oaks to plant on their new farm.
We invite you to further establish your legacy by joining us at Gates Ranch, a 1,500-acre community of exclusive, private ranch estates. With the recent sale of Water View and Cold Spring Lake, over 86% of the farms in Phases One and Two (739 out of 845 acres) have been acquired by families as their own weekend retreats or full-time residence, so we encourage you to visit us soon.
