Over the past 40 years, Wolff Companies has demonstrated our commitment to enhancing the natural beauty of our properties. Continuing our long-range plan for Gates Ranch, a community of family farms ranging in size from 20 to over 100 acres, we recently transplanted 25 live oak trees from the ranch’s tree nursery. This is the second of a number of planned transplantings that will result in hundreds of live oaks being planted around the Ranch. Since beginning restoration of the partially wooded pastures, more than 1,000 trees representing over a dozen varieties have been planted, adding to the sylvan atmosphere.

Fence-Building-2

We have worked diligently to restore the property to its natural beauty, nourishing and replanting the pastures with fertile grasses, revitalizing 10 ponds and lakes, as well as trimming and revitalizing scores of stately pecans, oaks and sycamores.  Most recently, Wolff Companies completed over two miles of wooden fencing along a portion of the roadway frontage, similar to those typically found in the picturesque horse farms of Kentucky and Virginia
